Testing Lead (Salesforce Field Service Testing)

Seeking an experienced Testing Lead to drive end-to-end testing for field service and supply chain solutions. The candidate will be responsible for defining test strategy, managing test execution, coordinating UAT, and ensuring high-quality solution delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management.
• Design end-to-end test scenarios covering work orders, scheduling, dispatch, inventory, procurement, returns, repairs, and invoicing.
• Lead system, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing activities.
• Coordinate UAT with business users and secure formal sign-offs.
• Validate mobile field service workflows, including offline and low-connectivity scenarios.
• Track quality metrics, risks, defects, and testing progress across project phases.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in IT Delivery/Testing with 3+ years leading enterprise testing programs.
• Strong domain expertise in Field Service Management and/or Supply Chain Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience testing mobile field service applications.
• Proficiency with Jira/Xray, Azure DevOps, HP ALM/QC, or similar tools.
• Understanding of test automation concepts and Agile delivery methodologies.
