Role & responsibilities

• Achieve and deliver sales targets across all products through a focused approach in all segments.
• Drive collections aggressively and exploit the business potential to the maximum.
• Ensure targeted contribution of new products to the overall sales as per the desired contribution.
• To develop good and effective contacts with consultants/ architects for furthering Companys business interests.
• Establish new products in the region and consolidate the market share of existing products.
• Continuously work towards identifying new markets, expanding geographies and segments through focused and continuous business development initiatives, and taking appropriate actions.
• Correctly identify customer needs and present a customized solution.
• Timely resolve all customer issues leading to customer delight and customer stickiness.
• Achieve the daily sales outstanding (DSO) at the desired and expected levels.
• Identify and report relevant market development, competition analysis, pricing and scheme strategies, etc.
• Ensure strict compliance with customer documentation in line with the organizational policies.
• Build effective relations with major customers, agents, specifiers, panel builders, etc.
• Provide relevant support to the specification teams.
• Design and organize local promotional strategies through participation in exhibitions/fairs /electrician meets/architects and interior designer meets, etc.
