Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Territory Credit Manager to manage credit appraisal and underwriting for LAP/MSME loan proposals, ensuring sound credit decisions and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and underwrite LAP/MSME loan applications.
• Conduct customer and property assessments, including field visits and personal discussions (PD).
• Analyze financial statements, bank statements, income, repayment capacity, and credit bureau reports.
• Assess property documents, collateral value, and legal/technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and risk guidelines.
• Coordinate with sales, legal, and technical teams for timely loan processing.
• Monitor portfolio quality and minimize credit risk.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience in NBFC/banking credit, preferably in LAP/MSME lending.
• Skills: Credit appraisal, financial analysis, property assessment, risk evaluation, and underwriting.
• Preferred: Candidates with hands-on field experience and knowledge of the Navi Mumbai market.
