Salary: 30,000–35,000 per month

Key responsibilities

• Identify and track government, PSU, corporate and private tenders.
• Review eligibility criteria, specifications, BOQs, commercial terms and submission requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and approvals.
• Arrange EMDs, tender fees, bank guarantees, declarations, certificates and other supporting documents.
• Submit accurate and complete bids through the relevant e-procurement portals before deadlines.
• Track amendments, clarifications, evaluations and tender outcomes.
• Maintain tender records, status trackers and reports for management.

Candidate requirements

• Working knowledge of tendering and bidding procedures.
• Ability to interpret tender documents, specifications and BOQs.
• Familiarity with government e-procurement portals preferred.
• Strong MS Excel, documentation, coordination and deadline-management skills.
