We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, including tender identification, documentation, BOQ analysis, costing, bid preparation, submission, and coordination with internal departments.

The ideal candidate should have experience handling Government and Private Tenders, with good knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and E-Tender portals.

• Identify and evaluate relevant tender opportunities from government and private platforms.
• Handle end-to-end tender preparation and bid submission activities.
• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, specifications, and commercial requirements.
• Prepare costing, estimation, price bids, and commercial proposals.
• Manage tender submissions through GeM, CPPP, and various E-Tender portals.
• Prepare and maintain technical and commercial tender documentation.
• Coordinate with Technical, Estimation, Finance, Purchase, Production, Legal, and other internal departments.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders along with all required documents.
• Track tender status, corrigendums, clarifications, EMDs, and related documentation.
• Maintain proper records of submitted tenders and participate in tender opening/evaluation processes.
• Support management in analyzing tender opportunities, competition, and commercial viability.
• Coordinate with clients/government authorities for tender-related queries and clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with tender terms, conditions, specifications, and submission requirements.

• Strong knowledge of tendering and bidding processes.
• Good understanding of BOQ, costing, estimation, and commercial documentation.
• Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and E-Tender portals.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Good analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders within strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
