WE'RE HIRING | TENDERING MANAGER

Sadbhav Futuretech Limited is seeking an experienced Tender & Bidding Manager to join our growing team and lead the end-to-end tendering and bidding lifecycle for our Solar EPC, Rooftop, Ground-Mounted Solar, and Solar Pump projects.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAD:

• End-to-end Tender & Bid Management

• Tender identification through GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement & PSU portals

• RFP/RFQ/NIT analysis and eligibility assessment

• Technical & commercial bid preparation

• Tender estimation, BOQ & pricing coordination

• Bid documentation, EMD & Bank Guarantee coordination

• Pre-bid queries, clarifications & negotiations

• Online bidding & e-tender submission

• Post-bid follow-up, LOA/PO tracking & handover

• Tender MIS, pipeline tracking & win/loss analysis

• Market and competitor bidding analysis

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, commercially aware, and deadline-driven professional with strong expertise in tendering, bidding, and proposal management.

Preferred experience in:

Solar / Renewable Energy

EPC Projects

Government & PSU Tenders

PM-KUSUM / Solar Pump Projects

Solar EPC / Rooftop / Ground-Mounted Projects

State Electricity Board / Government Procurement

KEY SKILLS:

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical), MBA or equivalent
