In partnership with Baijia Group China, the company has acquired Guangdong Gaode Bright LED Technology and is launching the OTTIMO brand of LED display screens in China and India. Starting October 2024, these advanced LED solutions will be available through a comprehensive distribution and service network, with Ottimo Visuals present PAN India.

Role Description The Tendering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing end-to-end tender and bidding processes for outdoor advertising and LED display projects. This role includes identifying relevant tenders, analyzing requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating internal inputs from sales, procurement, and project teams. The Tendering Manager will maintain tender documentation, track submission schedules, ensure compliance with client and regulatory conditions, and support negotiations to secure profitable contracts. Day-to-day work involves market research, cost estimation, risk assessment, and post-bid follow-up to improve win rates and tendering efficiency. The role also requires close collaboration with leadership to refine tender strategies, contribute to sales forecasts, and support long-term business growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Tender Management and Tender Preparation, including bid strategy, documentation, and compliance review.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Procurement, including vendor coordination, cost estimation, and sourcing of materials and services.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including client communication, proposal presentation, and commercial negotiation.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, cross-functional coordination, and tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications in supply chain or project management are an advantage.
• Experience in tendering or bidding within advertising, media, construction, or technology sectors, preferably with large-scale or government projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP or CRM tools is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work under deadlines, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
