Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tendering Manager with 12+ years of experience in EPC, construction, and engineering projects to manage end-to-end tendering and bid activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete tendering process from tender enquiry to bid submission and contract award.
• Review RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.
• Manage estimation, costing, BOQ, quantity take-off, and rate analysis.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Procurement, Finance, Contracts, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Evaluate quotations and negotiate with vendors/subcontractors.
• Identify technical, commercial, contractual, and project risks.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, client discussions, negotiations, and clarifications.
• Support management in pricing strategy and contract negotiations.
• Ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
• Lead tender handover to the project execution team after award.
• Manage and mentor the tendering/estimation team.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in EPC tendering, estimation, costing, and bid management.
• Excellent knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, project costing, and construction methodologies.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other tendering/estimation tools.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Civil & Infrastructure, Marine & Port, Industrial, Roads & Highways, MEP, Oil & Gas, or large-scale EPC projects will be preferred.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Civil.
