Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive/Tele Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling customer enquiries, explaining products, following up with leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and another Platform.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers regularly.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, payment, order confirmation, and dispatch.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports as required.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Good customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Hindi and Gujarati communication skills are preferred.
• Basic English communication is required.

Qualification

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Candidates with relevant sales experience will be preferred.
