Role Description: The Telesales Representative role at SASA TRADERS is a full-time/part-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to identify customer needs, present suitable industrial automation products, and close sales. The Telesales Representative will nurture leads, maintain accurate records, and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into customers. Daily responsibilities include providing clear product information, answering questions, managing objections, and offering post-sale support in coordination with other internal teams. The role also includes collaborating with sales colleagues, participating in training sessions, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
