About this role
Most sales jobs ask you to chase people. This one doesn't.
Every day, 80-120 people raise their hand and ask to speak to us. They saw our ad, got curious and enquired. Your only job is to turn that interest into a sale.
No cold calls. No sorry, wrong number. No begging for a minute of someone's time.
We're hiring: Tele Sales Representative | Indore (In-Office)
11:00 AM – 6:00 PM, a proper work-life balance with no late nights
What you'll earn
20,000 fixed in hand, every month, no matter what.
Your base is secure. Everything below is on top of it.
The Incentive Ladder
- Hit 70% of target → 2% commission
- Hit 100% → 4% commission + 3,000 bonus
- Cross 130% → 6% commission on every sale
- Top performer of the month → 10,000 bonus
Our 100% performers can earn 35,000+ per month.
Incentives are paid on cleared payments only.
There's no ceiling. Your target decides your salary, not your designation.
You're fit if you:
- Have prior tele-sales experience (mandatory)
- Speak fluent Hindi & English
- Get energised by targets, not stressed by them
- Believe a good conversation can close a deal
Bonus points: Knowledge of Forex Trading and familiarity with Prop Firms
