Role Description The Telemarketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Thaaimai Hospital in Chennai. This role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to inform potential and existing patients about hospital services, promotions, and appointment options. The Telemarketing Specialist will qualify leads, schedule consultations, and follow up with patients to ensure they receive timely information and support. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate call records, updating patient and lead databases, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with the reception and clinical teams to coordinate appointments. The role also requires meeting call and conversion targets while maintaining a professional, empathetic, and service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
