Telecalling Executive

Role Description The Telecalling Executive will handle outbound and inbound calls to connect with prospective and existing customers, provide information about Asset Tree Homes projects, and respond to basic inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining property features, capturing and updating customer details, scheduling site visits or appointments, and following up with leads to support the sales team. The role also involves maintaining call logs, sharing feedback from customers with the sales and marketing teams, and adhering to communication scripts and company guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently over the phone.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic concerns, and maintain a positive caller experience.
• Basic sales and persuasion skills, including lead nurturing, follow-up discipline, and interest in supporting real estate sales processes.
• Data entry and record-keeping skills to accurately update customer information, call details, and appointment schedules.
• Comfort using telecalling tools, CRM or lead management software, and standard office applications.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and meet daily and weekly call targets.
• Prior experience in telecalling, call center, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree or diploma in business, marketing, or related fields is an added advantage.
