About this role
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Outbound Calling
- Candidates from Fintech, Stock Broking, Trading or Financial Services preferred
- Good spoken English & professional communication
- Basic knowledge of Stock Market, Equity, NIFTY 50 & Sensex
- Strong sales, objection handling & closing skills
- Comfortable with targets, rotational shifts & weekly offs
- Basic CRM/Dialer knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Understand customer needs and pitch ET-Prime subscriptions
- Handle objections, follow-ups and conversions
- Maintain accurate CRM records
