Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
- Identify potential customers, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.
- Qualify leads through phone calls and email communication.
- Generate new business opportunities through outreach efforts.
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the senior sales team or conduct them if required.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM with lead and opportunity data.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.
- Follow up with leads through various channels to ensure consistent engagement and conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 14 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in an IT or SaaS environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with IT products, digital transformation, software solutions, or tech services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling software products, IT services, or SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
