Tele Marketing Executive

Designation: Tele Caller / Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Department: Marketing

Reporting To: Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through various marketing activities and campaigns for New Car Sales.
• Contact and qualify marketing-generated leads and understand customer requirements and purchase intent.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and update the lead status.
• Generate and share qualified leads with the Sales team for further action.
• Conduct customer retention and engagement calling as per dealership campaigns and requirements.
• Invite customers for dealership events, promotional activities, launches, and other marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate calling records, customer responses, and lead status in the assigned CRM or reporting system.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure timely follow-up on qualified leads.
• Achieve assigned daily calling, connected-call, qualified-lead, and event confirmation targets.
• Share daily and weekly calling performance reports with the reporting manager.
  
  

Requirements

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Strong customer handling, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and qualify leads effectively.
• Ability to achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
• Prior experience in luxury brands, premium automobiles, real estate, or other premium customer-facing industries will be preferred.
