Role Description The Tele-Caller role at Urban Money is a full-time, on-site position based in Srinagar. The Tele-Caller will contact potential and existing customers to explain loan and mortgage products, gather customer requirements, and schedule appointments or follow-ups for loan counseling. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, answering queries, providing accurate information on interest rates, eligibility, and documentation, and updating customer records in the system. The Tele-Caller will coordinate with sales and advisory teams to ensure smooth processing of leads and contribute to achieving individual and team targets. Maintaining professional communication, adhering to call quality standards, and following company policies and compliance guidelines are key aspects of the day-to-day work.
Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency.
• Customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of banking, loans, and financial products, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfort with phone-based work, lead follow-up, and working with targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use computer systems and CRM tools for data entry and tracking customer interactions.
• Minimum high school or equivalent education; a diploma or degree in business, finance, or related fields is an advantage.
• Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Reliability, punctuality, and readiness to work on-site in Srinagar as part of a collaborative team.
