Technology Head

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute Doqfy's engineering strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business and product goals.
• Lead and scale the engineering organization, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and team development.
• Drive architecture and technical decisions for scalable, secure, and highly available SaaS platforms.
• Oversee development across eSigning, eStamping, CLM, authentication, APIs, integrations, and enterprise solutions.
• Establish strong engineering practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and release management.
• Ensure products meet high standards for security, data protection, reliability, and performance.
• Work closely with the Founder, Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Drive engineering delivery, timelines, priorities, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Identify and resolve technical risks, scalability challenges, and critical production issues.
• Establish and maintain engineering KPIs, processes, standards, and governance.
• Drive cloud infrastructure, system scalability, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve product capabilities and engineering efficiency.
• Ensure engineering practices support enterprise and global market requirements.
• Build a culture of ownership, innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
