Technology Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI agents and workflows for enterprise customers.
• Customize AI solutions based on customer needs and feedback.
• Translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform.
• Lead a small engineering team for customer deployments.
• Balance hands-on development with team and stakeholder management.
• Track customer KPIs and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Support pilots and help expand customer adoption.
• Shape best practices for enterprise AI deployments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in customer-facing engineering, solutions engineering, or consulting.
• Business/Technology Consulting experience.
• Experience with LLMs, AI copilots, assistants, or workflow automation.
• Understanding of AI systems in production environments.
• Strong product and business thinking.
• Experience managing engineers or leading small teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
