Job Description
Win Wind Blades Manufacturing Private Limited is inviting applications for opportunities in its Main Mould department at the Ahmedabad plant. Candidates will work on wind turbine blade manufacturing activities, including layup and bonding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform layup and bonding operations as per standard operating procedures.
- Follow quality standards, work instructions, and production requirements.
- Use tools, materials, and equipment safely.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and wear the required PPE.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Report quality issues and process abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
- Participate in job-related training and skill development activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational qualification: 10th, 12th, ITI, or Diploma.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work in a manufacturing environment and follow applicable shift requirements.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
