Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate placement.
• Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Analyze job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, work authorization, availability, and rate expectations.
• Work on W2, C2C, and full-time positions, as applicable to client requirements.
• Understand US visa categories, including H-1B, H-4 EAD, Green Card, GC EAD, USC, and OPT/CPT.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients for feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases, submission trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and consultants.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets while ensuring quality submissions.

Required Skills

• 0–5 years of experience in US IT Technical Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US IT recruitment processes and technical job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Good understanding of US work authorization and visa categories.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
• Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills Required for Freshers

Shift Timings

6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST – Night Shift

Work Requirements

• Onsite work at the Hyderabad office.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
