Technical Trainer - AI/ML -Immediate Joiner

Role & responsibilities

• Course Creation: Build lessons on traditional machine learning, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
• Hands-on Labs: Design coding projects using NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn for data preparation and predictive modeling.
• Live Instruction: Deliver workshops simplifying dense concepts like embedding models, vector databases, and prompt tuning.
• Mentorship: Guide learners through debugging data pipelines, optimizing prompts, and fine-tuning AI system retrieval.
• Assessments: Create practical coding challenges targeting both classic tabular ML and modern generative AI applications.
• AI Ethics: Teach best practices on hallucination mitigation, data leakage prevention, and secure application development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Data Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Generative AI Stack: Proven experience with LLMs, advanced Prompt Engineering, and RAG architecture.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional public speaking skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to diverse technical skill levels.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent practical industry experience
