About The Team

Join our Digital Design & Construction Solutions team, helping Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Infrastructure (AECO) customers accelerate their digital transformation through BIM-led workflows and Autodesk solutions. The team works closely with customers, partners, and OEMs to drive solution adoption and business growth.

Key Purpose of the Job

To provide technical pre-sales expertise for BIM and Autodesk solutions by understanding customer requirements, conducting demonstrations, developing proof-of-concepts, and supporting sales teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

Who We're Looking For

A BIM professional with strong expertise in Autodesk technologies and experience in pre-sales, BIM consulting, application engineering, or solution consulting. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating customer challenges into value-driven BIM solutions for architecture, engineering, and infrastructure projects.

Your Role

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, webinars, and technical workshops to customers and partners.
• Understand customer project lifecycles, workflows, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Position BIM-led solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.
• Develop use-case-driven demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for architecture, engineering, and infrastructure projects.
• Provide end-to-end technical pre-sales support throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with sales teams for opportunity qualification, pipeline development, and deal closure.
• Articulate the business benefits of BIM solutions, including improved collaboration, clash detection, cost optimization, time savings, and risk reduction.
• Enable channel partners on solution capabilities, positioning, and best practices.
• Work closely with customers, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful solution adoption.

Experience & Qualification

• 3-8 years of experience in BIM, Autodesk solutions, Technical Pre-Sales, BIM Consulting, or Application Engineering roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, and BIM Collaborate Pro is mandatory.
• Exposure to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) solutions is preferred.
• Experience supporting architecture, engineering, construction, or infrastructure customers will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
