Technical Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Professional Recruiter to support technical hiring across the India market.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and consultant management. You will identify qualified talent, connect candidates with suitable opportunities, and continue supporting consultants after placement to provide a positive, candidate-first experience.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruiting, thrives in a high-volume environment, communicates confidently, and enjoys building long-term relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and consultant management.
• Source and engage qualified technical candidates across the India market.
• Conduct candidate screening calls and evaluate experience, skills, communication, compensation expectations, and role alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support placed consultants and provide continued assistance throughout their assignments.
• Work effectively in a high-call-volume, performance-driven recruiting environment.
• Use job boards and recruiting platforms to identify and engage suitable candidates.
• Discuss and negotiate candidate pay rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information using Microsoft Office and communication tools.
• Work flexible hours when required to support customers across different time zones.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 5 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in the India market, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and consultant management.
• Demonstrated career stability and a proven record of recruiting performance.
• Experience working in a high-volume calling environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of candidate compensation and pay-rate negotiation.
• Experience using recruiting platforms or job boards such as:
• LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook or email tools, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support customers in different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with a staffing or recruitment company.
• Additional experience recruiting for technical roles in the India market.
