We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Technical Recruiter specializing in Semiconductor, Hardware, Electronics, and Engineering recruitment to join our team in Hyderabad.
What you'll work on:
• Semiconductor, ASIC/SoC, VLSI & Physical Design
• Hardware & Embedded Engineering
• Automotive, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and other niche technical roles
• LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, & Boolean sourcing
• Technical resume screening & candidate assessment
• Candidate submissions with concise, JD-aligned summaries
• Interview coordination, follow-ups & offer management
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory in Engineering, Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of Technical Recruiting experience
• Semiconductor/Hardware/Engineering recruiting experience preferred
• Strong Dice, Monster & Boolean search skills
• Ability to understand technical JDs and evaluate resumes
• Excellent communication and candidate management skills
• US staffing/recruiting experience is a strong plus
• Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad and support US Pacific Time hours
