About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 26 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT requirements in an engineering services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand client/hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, location, notice period, and CTC.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines for multiple requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
• Handle CTC negotiation, notice period discussions, and candidate closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
• Ensure regular follow-up and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with internal teams, hiring managers, and clients to understand changing requirements.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Required Skills

• 2–6 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in IT role
• Strong sourcing experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Good knowledge of Boolean search and candidate screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good stakeholder and candidate management skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.

Preferred

• Experience in an Engineering Services, IT Services, Consulting, or Staffing organization.
• Experience working with multiple clients and handling different types of requirements.
• Exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.
