Technical Recruiter

Cashfree Payments is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience insenior-level technology hiring. Candidates from Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, or specialist Technology Search firms with experience handling senior technology mandates are preferred.

Requirements:

• Strong experience inend-to-end technical hiring.
• Experience hiring forsenior starts up hiring/ leadership hiring/ technical / niche technology roles.
• Good understanding of technical profiles and technologies such as Java, Python, Devops, Data Engineer, Automation Tester, Gen AI, AWS, Cloud technologies, Frontend, UIUX, Backend and Platforms.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and candidate assessment skills
• Experience working with senior hiring managers/technology leaders.
• Executive Search / Leadership Hiring background preferred.
• Preferred: Senior recruiters with a strong technical hiring bent and experience handling leadership mandates.
