Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter role based in Hosur. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process for technical and product roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, managing candidate communication, organizing interview schedules, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Technical Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding, recruitment process improvements, and data-driven reporting on hiring activities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience owning the hiring process from sourcing to offer.
• Candidates should possess solid Technical Recruiting and Hiring skills, with the ability to assess technical profiles and align talent with role requirements.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting for technology, SaaS, or startup environments is beneficial.
• Ability to use ATS tools, professional networks, and social platforms for sourcing and pipeline management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
