Technical Project Manager - ServiceNow

SDLC Management: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle from demand intake and requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support

Sprint & Release Coordination: Manage project roadmaps, schedule releases in coordination with the Release Manager, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives)

Methodology Adherence: Drive development using Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies while maintaining ServiceNow Now Create delivery standards

Technical Leadership & Scope Management

Technical Translation: Translate complex business processes and user requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and technical specifications

Best-Practice Alignment: Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure configurations/customizations avoid technical debt and adhere to ServiceNow upgradeability and governance guidelines

Integrations & Customizations: Oversee high-impact integrations (via IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs) between ServiceNow and third-party systems

Resource & Stakeholder Management

Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead and direct a matrixed team consisting of ServiceNow Admins, Developers (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), Architects, and QA engineers

Client & Executive Communication: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders, translating technical progress and platform risks into business value
