Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive complex cross-functional programs across engineering, product, business, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, tracking, and delivering large-scale technology initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technical programs, Large-scale Technology Program Experience and strategic initiatives.
• End-to-End Technology Ownership managing Engineering, QA, DevOps, Production/Operations and technology delivery
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, QA, Security, and Operations teams to define program roadmaps and execution plans.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Track program progress, dependencies, issues, and risks; proactively drive resolution.
• Facilitate sprint planning, release planning, and program reviews.
• Manage executive stakeholder communication and provide regular status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Establish program governance, best practices, metrics, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Lead change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and resource planning activities.
• Experience with P&L, budgets, commercial management, vendors/contracts or revenue ownership.
• Experience with program governance, KPIs, risk/dependency management and executive stakeholder management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 18+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Product Delivery.
• Experience managing programs with teams of 70+ members.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software matrix, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise software, cloud, digital transformation, or platform programs.
• Strong technical background with exposure to Java, .NET, Microservices, APIs, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with distributed/global teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud migration, enterprise modernization, or digital transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and ServiceNow.
