The Team

Your work profile
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex technology programs across data platforms, cloud modernization, and product engineering.
- Define program scope, milestones, success metrics, delivery plans, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Proactively manage program risks, issues, assumptions, escalations, and delivery challenges.
- Align business objectives, product roadmaps, and engineering execution to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, engineering teams, platform teams, and external partners.
- Facilitate steering committees, decision-making forums, and executive program reviews.
- Drive delivery governance across Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, information security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Establish quality management, operational readiness, and post-launch success mechanisms.
Key skills required
- 12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar technology delivery leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale, complex technology programs.
- Strong experience working with engineering, platform, data, and product teams.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.
- Strong knowledge of program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and execution governance.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, AWS DevOps, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and ambiguity-management capabilities.
- Experience with cloud modernization, data platforms, or product engineering initiatives is preferred.

- Any Graduation, B.E. / B.Tech. or a related discipline.
