The Demand team is responsible for our ad serving and ad creatives services that are used across thousands of publisher websites. This technology enables omni-channel ad serving of video and display advertisements, using contextual targeting, on all device types. The focus is on providing reach, context and high-impact ad formats whilst optimizing monetization for publishers. The team is expanding capabilities into new areas including agentic buying and multi-screen targeting.

As a Technical Program Manager at ShowHeroes Group, you'll lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll leverage your business and technical expertise in ad technology while maintaining a strong focus on user-facing aspects, ensuring both short-term impact and long-term strategic growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a mature, established product used at scale, with room for significant impact on future design and features.

The successful candidate will decide whether to work entirely remotely, from one of our 26 office locations, or any hybrid approach.

What You'll Take Charge Of

• Drive technical discussions with the engineering team leads and create functional specifications, doing independent research where necessary.
• Together with the product manager and engineering team leads, you will define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prioritize development effort based on business value, technical complexity, and strategic goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between other product teams, engineering and external stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules and manage project/feature releases.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years experience in program/product management in advertising technology, software engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising, for example: SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, ad operations or creative ad formats.
• Working knowledge of digital advertising standards such as Prebid, oRTB, VAST, VPAID, ad podding, SSAI, IAB taxonomy and similar technologies.
• Understanding of web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and browser capabilities.
• Demonstrable experience with Agile software development methodologies and productivity tools.
• Proficient in English.
