Technical Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain technical product roadmaps for healthcare IT products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and launch new features and enhancements.
• Ensure seamless integration of HL7-based systems using FHIR standards to promote interoperability across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 5 to 12 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML (Application Programming Interface) principles and their application in healthcare settings.
• Experience working with HL7 (Health Level Seven) protocols and FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standards for data exchange.
