Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software systems with a strong focus on conversational AI and voice AI platforms. This is a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) leadership role, involving architecture, coding, system development, production deployment, and guiding a team of developers. The role also involves stakeholder management, collaboration with product teams and clients, and exploring emerging technologies to develop innovative AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable backend systems and AI-driven applications.
• Architect Conversational AI and Voice Bot solutions integrating ASR, LLMs, and voice technologies.
• Actively contribute to coding, debugging, and deployment.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 developers.
• Manage sprint planning, execution, and delivery timelines.
• Design and implement AI-powered conversational and voice-based solutions.
• Integrate technologies such as LLMs, ASR, TTS, and orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, design, DevOps, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of overall software development experience with 1-1.5 years of technical leadership/team-leading experience.
• Strong backend development experience using Python or similar programming languages.
• Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems or SaaS platforms.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading small engineering teams.
• Preferred Skills: Conversational AI / Voice AI, ASR, TTS, LLM integrations and OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI/Django, Vector Databases, Twilio, AWS, Microservices, and REST APIs.
