Skill Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python programming
• Experience with Agentic AI development
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI Services
• Expertise in AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Prompt engineering and model optimization
• Working with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Azure AI Search)
• Integration of RESTful APIs and microservices
• Enterprise application integration
• Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

Cloud Skills

• Microsoft Azure (AI Foundry, AI Search, Functions, Storage Services, Kubernetes Service)

Must-Have Skills

• PostgreSQL
• Prompt Engineering
• Python
• RESTful API development
• Vector Databases

Educational Background & Certifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Certification in Azure AI Engineer Associate or relevant Azure certifications (preferred)

Professional Experience

• Prior experience in AI solution design and development (experience level flexible; exceptional skills may be considered regardless of years of experience)

Other Requirements (Optional)

• Knowledge of Machine Learning and MLOps concepts
• Experience with Knowledge Graphs and Graph Databases
• Exposure to multi-agent systems and autonomous workflow design.
