Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Member role based in Jaipur. The Team Member will support day-to-day restaurant operations, including order taking, food preparation assistance, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas. Responsibilities include providing friendly and efficient customer service, handling basic billing and payment processes, and following standard operating procedures for safety and food quality. The role also involves coordinating with team members during peak hours, restocking supplies, and ensuring that guests receive prompt, accurate, and courteous service at all times.
Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills to interact courteously with guests and handle queries effectively.
• Basic food handling and hygiene awareness, with the ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to work smoothly with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple orders and tasks during busy periods.
• Basic numeracy and point-of-sale operation skills for billing and handling cash or digital payments.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required in QSR operations.
• Previous experience in restaurants, cafes, or QSR environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active tasks in a fast-paced setting.
