Job Purpose/ Summary
A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA. with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience to manage financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX. activities. The ideal candidate should have strong financial analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide meaningful insights to management for business decision-making.
Job Description
Financial Preparation & Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.Ensure accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting.Review financial data, ledgers, reconciliations, and schedules.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary financial information and supporting documents.
MIS Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and circulate monthly MIS reports for management review.Develop financial dashboards and management reports covering revenue, expenses, profitability, working capital, and key financial metrics.Analyze actual performance against budget/forecast and highlight significant variances.Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to management.Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs..
CAPEX Management
Manage the complete Capital Expenditure (CAPEX. process, including budgeting, approvals, purchase, capitalization, and monitoring.Track CAPEX against approved budgets and identify deviations.Maintain proper records of capital assets and project-wise expenditure.Coordinate with business, procurement, and operations teams for CAPEX planning and execution.Ensure timely capitalization of assets and proper accounting treatment.Monitor project costs and provide periodic CAPEX reports to management.

Manage the endtoend accounts payable process ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and paymentsbr Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirementsbr Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and KPI analysis to provide meaningful insights into financial performancebr Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts identifying key variances and providing actionable insights to managementbr Oversee the complete CAPEX cycle including budgeting approvals expenditure tracking capitalization asset records and project cost monitoringbr Coordinate with auditors and crossfunctional teams to ensure effective financial control reporting compliance and executionbr Ensure accuracy and timely closing of financial records maintaining high standards of financial integrity and transparencybr Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes systems and operational efficiency
