Position: Team Leader - Home Health Coding

Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Home Health Coders to achieve quality and productivity goals
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
Ensure adherence to coding guidelines, compliance standards, and client requirements
Review quality metrics and implement improvement plans
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to drive process excellence
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges

Eligibility:

Strong experience in Home Health Coding (HHC)
Prior experience as Team Leader, Senior Coder, SME, QA, or equivalent leadership role
Good understanding of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines and Home Health documentation
Strong people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive team performance and employee engagement
