About this role
Role overview
We are hiring a Team Lead for our retail and food vertical to run zonal and city-level last-mile delivery for our clients. You will own delivery quality (RTO%, FASR%, 60-minute SLA), manage dedicated and floating fleet so every zone is staffed, and be the single point of contact for riders and hiring vendors on the ground.
Key responsibilities
• Manage zonal and city-level operations for multiple retail and food clients.
• Drive RTO%, FASR% and 60-minute delivery SLA targets.
• Share zone-wise hiring requirements with vendors and track fulfilment.
• Run weekly rider huddles and resolve their queries on the spot.
• Maintain adequate rider supply in every zone to meet SLA.
• Manage the floating fleet and deploy it across zones to cover demand spikes and supply gaps.
