Role Description This full-time Team Lead Manager role is a hybrid position based in Indore, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Team Lead Manager will oversee a team focused on affiliate marketing and lead generation, ensuring daily performance targets are met and campaigns run smoothly. Responsibilities include monitoring campaign metrics, guiding team members on lead quality and compliance, coordinating with affiliate partners and publishers, and optimizing customer acquisition strategies. The role also involves setting clear goals, conducting regular performance reviews, providing coaching and training, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to improve processes. The Team Lead Manager will be expected to maintain detailed reports, communicate progress to leadership, and contribute to the development of new performance marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing teams in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or lead generation environments.
• Strong skills in campaign management, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with common marketing and analytics tools (e.g., tracking platforms, CRM systems, spreadsheets for reporting).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities to support and develop team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior work in financial services, insurance, debt solutions, credit services, or home services sectors is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup from Indore, with the discipline to manage responsibilities both on-site and remotely.
