Team Lead :- HRBP

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and business-orientated HRBP Lead to partner with multiple departments and business leaders at Petpooja. The role will drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and leadership development while aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Business Partnering

• Partner with functional heads and senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Advise leaders on organizational structure, workforce challenges, and people-related decisions.
• Identify organizational gaps and drive HR interventions to improve productivity and effectiveness.

2. Workforce & Talent Management

• Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility.
• Develop strategies to improve retention and strengthen critical talent pipelines.

3. Performance & Leadership Development

• Drive performance management, goal setting, appraisals, calibration, and performance improvement plans.
• Coach managers on employee performance, feedback, accountability, and people management.
• Identify development needs and support leadership effectiveness and employee career growth.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Handle complex employee relations matters, grievances, conflict resolution, and sensitive workplace issues.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives across departments.
• Use employee feedback and workforce insights to improve employee experience and managerial effectiveness.

5. HR Analytics & Stakeholder Management

• Track HR metrics, including attrition, retention, engagement, and workforce productivity, to drive data-backed decisions.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership on people-related challenges.
• Collaborate with TA, L&D, and HR Operations to implement HR initiatives and continuously improve processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant HR experience, with substantial HRBP exposure across multiple departments; technology- or product-based company experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, leadership advisory, and problem-solving skills.
