Role Description The Teacher Beta Tester role at Proglly is a part-time, on line role. In this role, the Teacher Beta Tester will use Proglly's platform in real or simulated classroom settings, design and test lessons using AI-generated visual and interactive content, and provide structured feedback on usability, effectiveness, and learning outcomes. The Teacher Beta Tester will collaborate with the product and engineering teams to identify issues, suggest improvements, and validate new features from an educator's perspective. Daily responsibilities include planning and running test sessions with/without students or pilot groups, documenting observations, participating in feedback meetings, and helping create best practices and guidelines for effective use of Proglly in education.

Qualifications

• Strong Teaching and Education experience, with practical understanding of classroom dynamics and student learning needs.
• Experience in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured learning activities and facilitating practice or workshops.
• Effective Communication skills for explaining concepts clearly, providing detailed product feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with educational technology and AI tools, with a willingness to experiment and iterate on new features.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; formal teaching certification or equivalent experience is an advantage.
• Experience working with school-age learners and familiarity with curriculum standards or learning frameworks.
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to observe, measure, and report learning outcomes and user experience.
• Ability to work Proglly team and commit to a feedback submission schedule for the pilot program.
