Talent Manager

We're looking for a Talent Manager with hands-on experience managing creators/influencers within a Talent Management or Influencer Marketing Agency.

This is NOT a Social Media Manager role.

We are specifically looking for someone who has actually managed talent/creators and worked on brand collaborations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with creators and influencers
• Coordinate brand collaborations, briefs, deliverables and timelines
• Act as a bridge between creators, brands and internal teams
• Negotiate commercials and coordinate campaign requirements
• Manage multiple talent campaigns simultaneously
• Build strong, long-term relationships with creators
• Identify relevant opportunities and proactively pitch talent for collaborations
• Coordinate contracts, payments, deliverables and campaign closures
• Stay updated with creator trends, platforms and content formats
• Handle the day-to-day challenges of talent management professionally

What We're Looking For:

• 2–3 years of relevant Talent Management experience
• Mandatory: Prior experience in a Talent Management / Influencer Marketing Agency
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred/required
• Experience as a Talent Manager / Talent Management Executive
• Strong understanding of the Indian creator/influencer ecosystem
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
• Comfortable with negotiations, commercials and brand requirements
• Highly organised, proactive and street-smart
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with creators and understands the business behind talent

NON-NEGOTIABLE

Relevant Talent Management Agency experience is MANDATORY.
