Talent Acquisition - US

We are looking for experienced US Talent Acquisition professionals to join our recruitment team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain candidate databases, and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, documentation requirements, and process guidelines.
• Meet recruitment targets and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• 5-15 years in relevant recruitment and talent acquisition roles.
• Strong experience in US Talent Acquisition, US Staffing, or US Recruitment.
• Expertise in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and end-to-end recruitment.
• Knowledge of US hiring practices, recruitment processes, and job portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Needs to be a graduate (any).
