Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Performance Area:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for open roles across [mention departments, e.g., Engineering, Sales, Operations].
• Stakeholder Partnering: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, target skill sets, and selection criteria.
• Active Sourcing: Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solutions, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and creative offline/online channels.
• Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct structured phone/video screenings, and coordinate practical or panel interviews.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a smooth, communicative, and engaging journey for every applicant from first touchpoint to feedback.
• Offer Management: Facilitate offer extensions, conduct compensation discussions, and coordinate background/reference checks.
• Employer Branding & Metrics: Support employer branding initiatives and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire) using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Pipeline Planning: Maintain active talent pools and forecast future hiring needs alongside HR leadership.

Academic Background:

Bachelors degree / MBA Prefer Human Resources, Business Administration,

Experience:

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Candidate Profile:

• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search techniques).
• Familiarity with HR metrics and data-driven reporting.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously..

Language Proficiency:

Essential:

Proficiency in language of Hindi, Bengali with comfort level of reporting in English
