Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Screen profiles, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage offer releases, documentation and onboarding follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders on manpower requirements.

Required Skills

• 2-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and recruitment skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• BFSI recruitment experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements.
