About the Role

Hudson Talent is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring initiatives for John Cockerill India. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering recruitment, capable of managing end-to-end hiring while partnering closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and attract engineering, manufacturing, and industrial talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfil hiring requirements.
• Drive candidate assessments, offer negotiations, and closures.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide market intelligence.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
• Strong experience hiring technical talent across engineering and plant operations functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with ATS platforms such as Workday.
• Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai.
