We are seeking a proactive and capable HR Talent Acquisition who will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while also contributing to broader HR and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, including investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns, and conflicts.
- Ensure all recruitment and HR practices comply with company SOPs and statutory requirements.
- Oversee general HR administration work and maintain accurate employee records.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling processes.
- Manage office operations and facilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Who can apply
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and administration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office.
- Has familiarity with recruitment tools platforms.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage diverse responsibilities.
