Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technologies while working closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
• Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate salary and close candidates within the defined timeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports on hiring progress.
• Stay updated with current IT technologies and market trends.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong experience in sourcing profiles from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, etc.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Experience in stakeholder and client coordination
