Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate offices and manufacturing plants, ensuring timely hiring of qualified talent aligned with business requirements and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Handle recruitment for technical, managerial, leadership, and plant-level positions across functions such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Purchase, Sales, and HR.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and define hiring priorities.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Manage recruitment vendors and manpower agencies, monitor performance, and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and recruitment status.
• Manage salary negotiations, CTC approvals, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups to minimize offer dropouts.
• Ensure timely completion of background verification, pre-joining documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, manpower trackers, and hiring reports for management review.
• Support employer branding, talent pipeline development, campus hiring, and recruitment process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and HR procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

Experience: 5 - 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition from automotive industry.
